LED kit from B&Q - £30. Instructions say to use a 12mm hole for mounting the LED casings - I suggest you ignore this and use an 11mm hole - much better fit and the flange of the LEDs covers the holes correctly so light from behind does not creep around the outside.

Power supply for the LEDs linked into CBUS, and controlled by Comfort Alarm at night.
