Caber Floors of Camberley - http://caberfloors.co.uk - originally came to level the floor in preperation for the Kahrs Oak floor (it has defined tolerances). They made a right mess of it, and refused to accept any blame nor fix it.

Result - kick the wife and newborn baby out of the house for weeks, rip out what they did and the marble floor, and rescreed the lot. I would highly recommend Caber Floors if you want similar service !
