Yes, it works ! Control the Garage Door from Comfort. The opener is a Chamberlain LiftMaster, with a wall mounted switch.

Take a feed from the two internal contacts on the wall switch into the relay - into the A1/A2 coil. Connect the output from Comfort into the left COM and left NO on the relay.

Now, in Comfort set a response to pulse the output for 0.5 seconds. Job done ! I've added a Magnetic Sensor to the Garage Door so I will know if it's open or not - you can then apply your own logic to how you want to control it. Now this response can be activated from the keypad, it's an emergency access if you lose your house keys.

The relay used is a Finder 40.52 Series, 12v mounted on a Finder DIN mouting. Parts are at RS Components (www.rswww.com)
